What an electrifying weekend it turned out to be for the Technical University of Mombasa as we charged into the final phase of the Kenya University Sports Federation (KUSF) Coast League! Our talented athletes put on a wonderful display of skill, teamwork, and competitive spirit, emerging victorious in several key events:

The atmosphere at the closing ceremony was electric, highlighted by the presence of our esteemed chief guest, Mr. Martin Muthiani, the Coast Region Marketing Manager for MultiChoice. He proudly honoured our champions with certificates and gleaming trophies, celebrating their hard-fought achievements. Additionally, Mr. Muthiani awarded a token of 2500/= to both the TUM male and female soccer teams.

In addition to our remarkable wins, other institutions also made their mark in the tournament. Taita Taveta University celebrated victories in both men's soccer and basketball, showcasing their athletic talent. Lukenya University triumphed in men's rugby, bringing excitement to their supporters. Meanwhile, Pwani University excelled with outstanding performances, winning in both men’s and women’s volleyball, as well as clinching the title in women’s handball.

As we bask in the glory of this successful weekend, the focus now shifts to the thrilling KUSF National Playoffs A and B that are just around the corner, scheduled for later this month and next month, respectively.
