July 12th, 2019, Mombasa, Kenya, The Technical University of Mombasa has established a modern Customer care Centre that will facilitate and improve interactions with all stakeholders through the provision of converged communication services.

The Centre was officially commissioned on Friday, 12th July, 2019 at the Main Campus by the University’s Council chairman Dr. Robert Arunga accompanied by the council members in a colorful ceremony attended by Tum staff and students.

 

While presiding over the launch, Dr. Arunga commended the university planning committee and Tum staff for such an initiative as an excellent effort towards improving ease of doing business and enhancing customer satisfaction.

 

‘’The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers – a relationship that the individual customer feels that he would like to pursue’’ Said the VC Prof. Laila Abubakar

 

“Today’s launch is the beginning of a journey to transform the experience of our customers,” She added.

The Customer Care Center has been developed as one of the approaches that will enable a good relationship with customers in a way that provides positive customer experience.
